PURPOSE:To improve the dielectric breakdown strength by displacing a part of SrO.CaO with MgO, so as to improve the sintering property, and increasing the mole ratio of the SrO.CaO.MgO to TiO, so as to reduce the crystal particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:This main component of the composite is shown as [(SrO)x(CaO)y(MgO)q]a(TiO)b, and in the formula, the value of a/b is made in the scope 1.00<=a/b<=1.06. And x, y, and q show the mole ratio, x+y+q=1, and the values of x, y, and q are within the scope of mole ratio surrounded by a, b, c, and d (where a: x=0.54, y=0.45, and q=0.01; b: x=0.69, y=0.30, and q=0.01; c: x=0.45, y=0.15, and q=0.40; and d: x=0.30, y=0.30, and q=0.40). To 100 pts.wt. of the main component, 0.001 to 0.006 mole pt. of one sort, or two sorts or more of a niobium oxide, a tantalum oxide, and a vanadium oxide is added and included, so as to compose this composite. |
