PURPOSE:To provide a reliable writable optical information recording medium which has a high reflection factor with an improved productivity and a low cost. CONSTITUTION:In the method for manufacturing a writable optical information recording medium 10 where a light absorption layer 14, an enhancement layer 16, and a reflection layer 18 are formed on a light transmission substrate 12, a substance mainly consisting of oligomonoalkylsiloxane is spin-coated and is heated and crosslinked, thus forming an enhancement layer which mainly consists of polymonoalkylsiloxane. |
