MAGNETIC SHIELD BODY

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration with time of magnetic shield of a magnetic shield body which realizes a 'non-magnetic field' space by a superconductor film. CONSTITUTION:Undercoat layers a1, a2 are formed on a blasted surface of a metallic casing by flame-spraying anti-oxidation alloy and partially stabilized zirconia one by one, and an oxide superconductor layer (b) of plasma-spraying is further formed on the undercoat layer. A film layer 11 of nylon 12 or fluororesin coating protection layer are formed all over a surface of the superconductor layer (b) through adhesive 10. Water and carbon dioxide are prevented from attaching to the superconductor layer (b) by the film layer 11 or a protection film comprised of a protection layer, the superconductor layer (b) does not chemically react to them and characteristic does not deteriorate. Therefore the deterioration of magnetic shield characteristic is not thereby caused.
