PURPOSE:To increase durability, to quickly detect the temperature of a cooking plate and uniform the surface temperature distribution thereof by holding a heating member between a cooking plate and a fixing member for fixing and providing a temperature sensor and further providing a cutout part in the position of the heating member corresponding to the central part of an electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:A heating member 2 made of a magnetic substance, a cooking plate 1 made of a non-magnetic substance and a fixing member 3 made of a non-magnetic substance pressed and fixed by being interposed between the rear surfaces 11 of the cooking plate 1. Also, an electromagnetic induction coil 5 for heating the heating member 2 is provided under the fixing member and a temperature sensor 4 for controlling the temperature of the cooking plate is provided in the surface 11 of the cooking plate heated by the electromagnetic induction coil 5 and the heating member 2. Furthermore, in order to uniform the temperature distribution of the whole surface of the cooking plate, a cutout part (not illustrated) is formed in the position of the heating member 2 corresponding to the central part of the electromagnetic induction coil 5. |
