The invention relates to a power plant having a rotatably mounted shaft on which a rotor is arranged firmly with respect to rotation, and an air feed and a fuel feed, as well as having at least one combustion chamber and an ignition device. In order to be able to operate such a power plant without wear of a turbine by carbon dust, it is proposed that each combustion chamber is arranged on the rotor at a radial distance from the centre of rotation of the shaft and has an exhaust gas opening directed tangentially in the same circumferential direction for all, as well as an inlet opening which is directed towards the centre of the shaft and, all connected to a central chamber which, for its part, is connected to a feed line running centrally through the shaft. This feed line can be charged with a mixture of compressed air and fuel via a coupled supply unit.
