<p>A current split circuit that includes a multiplying digital to analog converter (DAC) and a controller. The controller establishes a first and second terminal of the DAC at the same potential so that a digital input to the DAC determines the ratio by which a current at a third terminal of the DAC is split between the first and second terminals of the DAC.</p>
