摘要 A method for controlling the temperature in a furnace is capable of keeping the temperature at a set furnace temperature. The output of each of the burners (2-1, 2-2, 2-3) provided in the furnace is controlled on the basis of the temperatures at a plurality of points which are influenced by a plurality of burners, in order to essentially fit the temperature in the furnace to a set furnace temperature. Mean values of temperatures are calculated at the multiplicity of points, and the burners are controlled in order to bring the mean values into agreement with the set temperature. Contributory portions alpha 1 and alpha 2 are optionally determined, which correspond to the influence of a burner on the temperature of the thermocouple (3-1, 3-2, 3-3) of the other burner. Setpoint temperatures TH1 and TH2 are subsequently calculated by substitution in the equations TH1 = T1 + (T2-T1) alpha 1 and TH2 = T2 + (T1-T2) alpha 2. The burners are subsequently controlled in order to bring the setpoint temperatures into agreement with the set temperature. <IMAGE>
