PURPOSE:To enable stable plating operation in a one-side fusion plating process by controlling an input voltage of an electromagnetic pump using a molten metal surface level to fusion plate the one side of a moving metal plate by injecting molten metal to the lower surface of the plate by the pump to thereby retain the injecting height of the molten metal constant. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 2 is moved on an incoming roller 5 and under an out going roller 6 to make contact with molten metal M injected up from a nozzle 20' by an electromagnetic pump 21 to thereby subject to a one-side plating process. When the molten metal surface level is lowered, it is detected by a molten metal level detecting meter LD, which applies its measured result output to a voltage setting potentiometer VS. The result output signal in then applied to a controller CON which thereup on compares it. As a result of its comparison, the controller produces proper voltage which is applied through a transformer TR to the pump 21 to thereby strengthen the advancing magnetic field of molten metal M. Thus, the injecting pressure of the moltem metal is raised to maintain the molten matal M making contact with the metal plate 2 constant. |
