发明名称 CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR RESPONSE SPEED OF SERVO MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To secure quickly a level approximate to the target value of the response speed of a servo mechanism in a start or action switching mode, etc. and to secure the stable follow-up to the target value in a range close to the target value, by increasing the response speed when a big difference is produced from the target value and then reducing the response speed when the difference from the target value is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A changeover switch 6 is controlled by a comparator 5 and connected to the 1st amplifier 7 of high gains in case the signal applied to the comparator 5 from a threshold circuit 4 is smaller than a prescribed level. While the switch 6 is connected to the 2nd amplifier 8 of low gains when the signal applied from the circuit 4 is larger than the prescribed level. Therefore the amplification is carried out with high gains for execution of a feedback action in case a big difference is produced from the target value alpha and in a small range of the signal applied from the circuit 4. Then the respond speed of a servo mechanism is set at a high level. When the response speed gets close to the value alpha and reaches the prescribed value beta, the switch 6 is changed over. Then the signal of the circuit 4 is amplified by the amplifier 8. This reduces the response speed of the servo mechanism and increases the stability of this mechanism. Thus the response speed of the servo mechanism gets quickly close to the target value to secure the stable working in a range close to the target value of the response speed.
