PURPOSE:A cosmetic capable of making a toilet having improved water and oil resistance, comprising a specific organosilicon compound as a volatile oil. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic comprising one or two or mover types of organosilicon compounds of the formula (R is methyl or ethyl group; n is an integer 0 or 1), e.g. hexaethyldisilylmethylene. The compound has good compatibility with various cosmetic raw materials and is tasteless, odorless, and nontoxic. |
