<p>PURPOSE: To provide a durable adhesive-based ink-printed non-woven fabric product having an improved excellent abrasion resistance and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: The durable adhesive-based ink-printed non-woven web is formed by a) positioning a polyolefin non-woven web so as to accept a printing pattern on at least one surface of the web, b) coating the adhesive-based ink on the surface of the non-woven web by using the adhesive-based ink containing a binder and a pigment, where the binder is selected from a group of an aqueous adhesive, a solvent-based adhesive and a hot melt adhesive, and the adhesive- based ink has a viscosity of about 50-10,000 cps during coating and a ratio of the binder to the pigment of about 10:1 in the dried weight standard of total solid component of the adhesive-based ink, and c) obtaining the durable adhesive- based ink print non-woven web having a crocking value >=4 by drying the adhesive-based ink on the non-woven web.</p> |
