VINYL CHLORIDE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION FOR POWDER SLASH MOLDING

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having favorable powder flow characteristics at the time of heating in slash molding and suitable for automotive interior part items, etc., by blending a vinyl chloride-based resin having a specific polymerization degree with a vinyl chloride-based paste resin having a specific polymerization degree. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin having 1200-2000 average polymerization degree and obtained by suspension polymerization, (B) 5-15 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based paste resin having <=37mum average particle diameter and 1400-2000 average polymerization degree, (C) 70-100 pts.wt. pyromellitic acid ester-based plasticizer and (D) 1-10 pts.wt. stabilizer. Furthermore, the component C is preferably a mixture of the component C and a trimellitic acid ester-based plasticizer having an amount equivalent to the component C or below.
