PURPOSE:To constitute the title device so that a desired seal can be made easily and in a short time even by a person other than an expert. Negative film making devices 50, 51 make a negative film 52 by performing processing to a print of a seal pattern information taken in by an information processing device and negative film conveying devices 54-57 convey a made film to an irradiation position. Then a light irradiation device 60 applies light to the member of the face of the seal made of the resin through the negative film and conditions of art corresponding to the print of the seal pattern of the member of the face of the seal made of the resin or the other part are allowed to change. Then unevenness is formed as the seal by allowing a fixed fluid to act upon the member of the face of the seal. |
