MOLD FOR FORMING CASTING MOLD FOR DENTAL PURPOSE

PURPOSE:To provide the mold for forming the casting mold for dental purposes which does not splash a melt from a sprue part to an external space even if the casting mold is rotated by a centrifugal machine during the operation to pour the melt into the casting mold. CONSTITUTION:This mold is provided with a base plate 12 having a corresponding part 13a for forming a sprue which supports a corresponding member 14 for forming a cast product and a cylindrical supporting frame 16 which is put on this base plate and covers the corresponding part for forming the cast product and the corresponding part for forming the sprue. The cross sections in the two adjacent positions of the region from the joint part with the base plate 12 in the corresponding for forming the sprue and the corresponding part for forming the cast product are approximately concentrically arranged and the diameter DS of the cross section nearer the joint part is set smaller than the diameter DL of the cross section nearer the corresponding part for forming the cast product.
