PURPOSE:To provide a multiplayer game device capable of producing a well contested game by controlling a player's competition environment. CONSTITUTION:A multiplayer game device has a handicap setting section 250 for establishing a handicap corresponding to the game condition of every player. A competition environment setting section 270 establishes competition environment information for each player on the basis of the established handicap, thereby setting competition environment. According to this construction, the competition environment becomes less advantageous for a player having a good record, and more advantageous for a player having a poor record, thereby enabling a well contested game to be produced. |
