The method makes uniform the brightness and reaching time of each pixel. The method improves the high resolution and brightness of the LCD. LCD includes a glass substrate, a black matrix, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd color filter layers which shapes a mosaic pattern, a protective and transparent electrode layer which continously forms the black matrix and a color filter layer, a concave lens unit which is in the opposite position of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd color filter layers. The concave part has the higher projection ratio than the glass substrate.
