Polyester resins which can be dyed at low temperature obtained by the polycondensation of: a) at least one diol essentially comprising a C2-C4 alkylene glycol, b) at least one diacid essentially comprising a C8-C16 aromatic dicarboxylic acid which may or may not be substituted with halogens or C1-C4 alkyl radicals, or a derivative thereof, c) 0.01-20%, in moles, with respect to the total sum of acid components, of a chain end member comprising a sulphonated secondary alcohol selected from those having the general formula: <IMAGE> where R represents a C4-C30 alkylene radical and X is an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal. |
