PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of an endurance testing device by providing a guiding member along the horizontal muntin of a frame body and providing plural shelf members for mounting a microcomputer, which is provided with a moving member which is movably engaged to the guiding member. CONSTITUTION:Two thermostatic ovens 2 are stacked to be used as one thermostatic oven. Two levels of shelf boards 3 are provided in each inside of the two ovens and a slide rail 5 is provided at the lateral both ends 4 of the shelf board 3. Then, a rail part 6 is fixed to the frame 7 of the thermostatic ovens 2 and a wheel part 8 is provided at the lateral both ends 4 of the shelf board 3. Then, the shelf board 3 is pulled out to put the microcomputer to be inspected on it and the shelf board 3 is pushed into the thermostatic ovens 2 to house the microcomputer. The plural microcomputers to be inspected are put in the thermostatic ovens 2 like this, cables connected to a monitoring device are connected to the respective microcomputers and supplied with power to make the temperature inside of the thermostatic ovens 2 constant, and inspection is started. |
