The controller prevents foods from getting overheated though some time have passed when abnormal causes occur at a separable temperature detector. The controller comprises the freely separable or attachable temperature detector. In the case that the temperature, detected from the separable temp. detector, does not rise for a predefined interval, goes down under a set minimum temperature, or does not go up over other set maximum temperature, the controller stops heating foods.
