HYDROGEN/OXYGEN GAS PRODUCER USING AN ELECTROLYSIS PROCESS WHICH IS TO INCORPORATE A NOVEL COMPUTER ELECTRONIC SYSTEM

Eloctrolytic gas producer apparatus is provided wherein a water inlet has a pressure sensor (31) and solenoid valve (32) control passes water through a filter (33) by pump (34) to a reservoir (35). Cell chambers (13) maintain electrolyte by supply pump (37) and solenoid valve (38) delivering to the cell via solenoid valves (40) responsive to a level sensor (39). Gas outlet apertures (41) extend into a pooling manifold (42) via solenoid valves (43) and thence to a wash tank (48). The gas is removed from the tank via a manifold (44) to a vacuum pump (47) which draws the gas through a first filter (45) including a drain line and a secondary filter (50) for residual moisture removal. After the pump (47) the gas passes under water in a flashback arrester (51) filled with metal mesh. The gas then travels to a moisture removing filter (52) and delivery pumps (53) for delivery via intermediate solenoid valves (54), an outlet manifold (55), and final solenoid valves (58) which control delivery to an electronically monitored oulet flashback arrester (56) comprising infrared sensors to detect and signal a flashback condition.
