<p>The invention concerns a device in refuse storage rooms for sorting refuse discharged from a refuse chute. An open-top container (1) is provided with an openable bottom element (17) and in a basic position it is located straight underneath a refuse chute. After having collected refuse discharged from the chute the container is arranged to be moved to a position above a selected one of a number of dust bins (A, B, K). A first indicating means (19) is arranged to detect refuse falling into the container (1). A second indicating means (12, 13, 14, 15, 16) is arranged to detect the arrival of said container (1) to the position above the selected one of said dust bins (A, B, K) and there to indicate opening of the bottom of the container (1) to allow discharge of the refuse into said bin (A, B, K).</p> |
