<p>The cosmetic or topical use of an aqueous dispersion at least of a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium containing an acrylamide homopolymeric or copolymer cross-linked methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride polymer, and a non-volatile organopolysiloxane selected from polyalkylsiloxanes, polyarylsiloxanes, polyalkylarylsiloxanes, silicone resins and gums, and organomodified polysiloxanes, with the exception of polysiloxanes comprising polyethyleneoxy and/or polypropyleneoxy, carboxylate or bisulphite groupings, is disclosed.</p> |
