A variable geometry turbo charger of the type disclosed in my European patent number 0 212 834 having two or more arcuate nozzle arms (58, 60) each incorporating at least one fixed nozzle, the arms being pivoted either about a common centre or closely adjacent centres. The nozzle arms can be stowed in recesses (90, 92) which form an integral part of the turbo charger housing. |
