<p>PURPOSE:To easily realize a mass production of articles with an end of a skin material extended from an end of a substrate by conducting all of molding of the substrate, bonding of the skin material, and trimming of the substrate large in one process. CONSTITUTION:In a car interior finishing material molding device provided with an upper mold 1 and a lower mold 2 that can move into/out of contact with each other and a vertically movable cutting blade 5 that is lowered along the end edge of the upper mold 1 after press molding, a lifting block 6 is provided on the end of the upper mold 1, and a slide block 7 is provided on the end of the lower mold 2 so as to move into/out of contact with the lower mold 2 for pressing the lowered upper mold 1 with the end of a molding material between. The upper surface of the slide block 7 is formed into a skin material holding part 8. A relief groove 9 for the cutting blade 5 is provided on either or both of the opposed surfaces of the slide block 7 and the lower mold 2.</p> |
