PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by performing automatically a series of operation, using a carrying device, of loading an injection molding device with fittings received from a fitting feeder and receiving the moldings ejected from the injection molding device and sending them to a moldings receiving feeder. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of the main body of a device 1, injection molding devices 2 which injection mold rubber to inner face of cylindrical fittings are arranged in parallel, and on one side of the injection molding devices 2, a carrying device 6 which feeds the injection molding devices 2 with fittings 3 and rubber pieces 4 and at the same time takes out moldings 5 after being molded, are provided. The carrying device 6 is provided to freely move back and forth along the injection molding devices 2. On the side of the carrying device 6, a fitting feeder 7 is placed, and it is supplied with the fittings 3 from a fitting feeding hopper 9 to be sent to a guide 8. The rubber pieces 4 from a rubber supply feeder 11 are sent to a rubber supply guide 10. Further, on the side of the fitting feeder 7 a moldings receiving feeder 13 is placed, and the carrying device 6 is provided with an elevating platform 17, and the fittings for an inner mold 28 of the injection molding devices 2 are mounted and dismantled. |
