<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the stagnation of a molten resin at an observation window part by fixing an observation window material to the flange formed to the pipe forming a resin passage through a seal material so as to leave a gap and providing a resin discharge port inside the seal material of the flange. CONSTITUTION:An opening part 1a is provided to a part of the pipe 1 forming a resin passage 2 and a ring-shaped flange 3 extending outwardly in a horizontal direction is integrally formed on the peripheral edge part of the opening part 1a along with the pipe 1 and a flat plate-shaped observation window material 4 is arranged on the flange 3 through a seal material 6 so as to leave a gap 5. The observation window material 4 is fixed to the flange 3 through a packing 9 by fastening the press metal fitting 7 arranged on the packing 9 and the flange 3 by bolts 8. Further, a resin discharge port 10 is provided to the part inside the seal material 6 of the flange 3. By this constitution, the stagnation of a molten resin at a window part can be prevented.</p> |
