<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a secondary treatment process and hereby prevent a bad affection from being exerted onto main instruments by processing asociated gas recovered upon regeneration of a purify device with coal ash discharged from the fluidized bed boiler and returning the gas to the fluidized bed boiler or the purifier. CONSTITUTION:Coal is supplied to a fluidized bed boiler 1 together with limestone, and is fluidized and burned. The burned coal is supplied to an adsorption part of a regeneratable drying purifying device 4, which part is filled with activated carbon, as boiler waste gas 3 purified through the limestone. Recovery gas 6 recovered and heated in a separation part of the drying purifying device is supplied to a drying recovery gas purifying device 9. In the device 9, there is yielded purified recovery gas 8, from which sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, ammonia, heavy metal, etc., are removed, by bringing the recovery gas 6 into contact with lime ash 7 produced in the fluidized bed boiler 1. The gas 8 is returned to an entrance of the fluidized bed boiler 1. Thus, any harmful matter is prevented from being accumulated on main instruments owing to recycle gas.</p> |
