PURPOSE:To restrain the cost from increasing and to sufficiently lower the averaged consumption of current in a condition the lowering of the operational stability is prevented. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 4 which is turned on during a period in which a watched timer 10 repeats its timer operation for a predetermined time, is connected between an onboard battery 1 and a power feed line 2 for feeding a power to an RF unit 5 and a CPU 7. The watched time 10 initiates the timer operation from its initial condition each time when it receives a watched pulse Pw which is repeatedly delivered from the CPU 7 during execution of a control program so that the transistor 4 is not turned on so that the power feed condition can be maintained during a period in which the CPU 7 executes the control program. When the output voltage of the power feed line 2 rises up, a power-on reset circuit 8 resets the CPU 7 or the intrinsic function of the watched timer 10 can be maintained.
