<p>The projection-type display includes a light source, a total reflection mirror for reflecting light emitted from the light source in a predetermined direction, a first dichromatic mirror for reflecting one component of R, G, B color components reflected from the total reflection mirror and transmitting the remaining components, a second dichromatic mirror for separating two components transmitted through the first dichromatic mirror from each other, first, second, third reflection-type image displays for forming images corresponding to the R, G, B color components separated by the first and second dichromatic mirror, and transmitter for magnified projecting a color image formed by composing the first, second and third reflection-type image display, thereby reducing the parts like focusing lens or total reflection mirror.</p> |
