MAKING METHOD AND DIE OF TIE BOLT

The method provides a die and manufacturing process for tie-bolt which prevent a sleeve from bending when pressure pushing-out and furnish the smooth surface between the sleeve and the die. Die (1) consists of a pressure pushing part (2), an anti-bending part (3) and a die support part. First slope part (2a) has a small angle, and second slope part (2b) has a larger angle than the 1st part's in opposite direction. The surface of sleeve (5) is made of an uneven part (6). It (6) keeps lubricant.
