<p>The dressing comprises a band (1) of textile material and a soft support body (2) with pressure-providing properties with outer effect. The band (1) has a first end part (3), a second end part (4) and an inner part (5) covering the operation area. The band has the form of a girdle lockable with its end parts (3,4) for simple enclosure of the patient breast cage and is elastic for regulating the dressing compression against the breast cage. A textile piece (14) is fixed to the band inner part (5) for surface contact with the operation area and limits between itself and the band a space (15), which has at least one opening for insertion of the support body (2) in the space (15). The textile piece (14) and the inner part (5) are arranged to maintain the support body between them in an upper half of the space (15).</p> |
