CONSTITUTION:When the input from a keyboard 1 and the input from a mouse 2 are automatically selected according to the kind of data to be inputted by a test pattern input control means 7 and the data of test patterns for simulating a logic circuit to be inputted from the keyboard 1 or the mouse 2 is inputted, the data is held in a test pattern data holding means 6 and the pattern based on the held data is displayed on a screen display device 3. |
