PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the error of pressure measurement for sharply improving pressure measuring accuracy even when thermal strain occurs at the tip of a case by fixing a pressure transmitting member to the case on the side opposite to a measured domain. CONSTITUTION:A pressure transmitting member 3 is fixed to a fixing member 7 by connecting screws 5 with piezoelectric elements 9, 10 lying between them, and pressure acting at the tip of the pressure transmitting member 3 is thereby led to the piezoelectric elements 9,10 to generate voltage without the influence of thermal strain occurring in the tip part of the pressure transmitting member 3, and the voltage is then output outside through a cable 6. |
