PURPOSE:To prevent resin from leaking through sealed part without damaging hose by a method wherein the temperature of the mold surface at the position corresponding to the end part of resin covering part is made lower than the temperature of the mold surface at the remaining portion at the covering of the bonding portion between hoses and a pipe under the condition that the pipe, to which the hoses are connected, is arranged in a mold. CONSTITUTION:Hoses 2 are inserted onto the respective branch tubes 11 of a branch pipe 1. On the upper mold and lower wold of a mold 3. to which an insert 10 is installed, bisected sealing rings 4 are mounted through heat insulating materials 5 at positions, at which the ands of branch tubes 11 are arranged. The small diametral portion of a center hole made by the seaing ring 4 is made to be equal to the outer diameter of the hose inserted onto the branch pipe so as to be cooled with water through cooling water passages 43 provided within the sealing rings 4. When molten resin is injected from a gate 32 under the condition just mentioned above, resin can be prevented from leaking even when the insert 10 moves, since the viscosity of the molten resin increases locally due to the cooled sealing rings 4. |
