CONSTITUTION:When an amount of dissolved oxygen in a medium becomes >=a set value, a nutritive solution of glucose is added to the medium. Since the glucose concentration in the medium is maintained in a fixed range, multiplication efficiency is improved. DO is rapidly and simply detected, a specific device is not required and the device is not complicated.
