<p>PURPOSE:To provide a balloon catheter suitable for use as a pacing balloon catheter or a one for the heat dilution method. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral edge is adhered in a position farther than a draft hole 4 for balloon, and the tip of catheter is enwrapped, and the middle part is formed as a non-elongation ring-form part 7. and this tube formed 5 is turned back at the end of non-elongation part, while an inversion tube 8 enwraps the non-elongation part 7 and tube 5, and the edge is adhered to the periphery of the catheter in a position nearer than the draft hole. At the time of inflation and contraction, the non-elongation part of hard nature moves along the periphery of the catheter, which prevents eccentricity and slackening due to enevenness of the adhesion part, and also the non-elongation part at the time of inflating, moves to a position protruding from the catheter remote end so that this end is protected in the backmore position.</p> |
