RESIN PIPE HEADER PIPING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency by a method wherein a device connection coupling on the water feed faucet side is connected to a resin pipe through a mechanical coupling and a plurality of resin pipes on the main pipe side are fusion-connected to a header coupling made of resin through an electric fusion coupling. CONSTITUTION:A faucet box 40 on the water feed faucet side is fixed to a rafter 21 in a given position in a wall back space 20 by means of a screw. The water faucet box 12 of a sheath pipe 11 is connected to the lower end of the water faucet box 40 by means of a pin. A fusible resin pipe 10 of polyethylene is inserted in the sheath pipe 11 and mechanical connection of the resin pipe 10 to a mechanical coupling 50 on the faucet connection side is carried out. The resin pipe is connected outside the faucet box 40 and embedded and contained in the box 40. The end part on the main pipe side of the resin pipe 10 is fusion-connected to a header 60 made of resin through an electric fusion coupling 70.
