<p>PURPOSE:To enable the title method to change to a coating of the next color upon completion of production of the first wire, by a method wherein a passage changeover valve of a color changeover device provided in a material passage to an extruding head from extruding machines each is changed over and materials in an upper and lower layers are reversed. CONSTITUTION:The first and second coated materials are extruded at the same time by two extruding machines 1 and the second material is concealed away in a lower layer until the coated wire W of an upper layer of the first material attains to a necessary quantity. The upper and lower layer materials are clanged over by a passage changeover valve 3 and the second material is put out in the upper layer after that. With this construction, color changing operation can be performed simply and smoothly.</p> |
