PURPOSE:To obtain a lube oil composition excellent in flame retardancy (fire resistance), capable of keeping a stable solubilized system in a wide temperature range, and non-problematic in corrosion, rust formation and waste liquor disposal. CONSTITUTION:Mineral oil and/or synthetic oil lube base oil is mixed with 5-20wt.%, based on the total weight of the composition, neutral alkali metal salt and/or neutral alkaline earth metal salt of a petroleum sulfonic acid, 10-30wt.% nonionic surfactant of an HLB of 2-10, 1-20wt.% alkylene glycol with 4-12C alkylene, and 20-30wt.% water as the essential components. |
