PURPOSE:To enable the working of a multipurpose with a working nozzle by mounting a collimating lens and a condenser lens on a holder to arrange them on a housing, holding and fixing a projected body projecting outside the housing from the lens holder with a screw of the outside of the housing and a rotating ring, and changing the position and the diameter of a focal spot. CONSTITUTION:A holder on which a collimating lens is mounted, is set on a housing. A pin is adjusted along with a guide hole by a pair of rings in a position where parallel light using a He-Ne laser beam is attained, and is held and fixed as it is. Next, a condenser lens mounting holder is set, and the condenser lens mounting holder is adjusted in the same way with another pair of rings so that a focal spot comes to a prescribed position, and the holder is fixed. Finally, a nozzle tip is mounted, and the position of the nozzle tip is finely adjusted so that the focal spot comes on the center line of the small hole at the tip of the nozzle tip, and is fixed with a screw, etc. Consequently, when it is necessary to move a focal spot position back and forth, it can be dealt with by moving the focal lens position back and forth. When it is necessary to make a converging spot diameter a little larger, it can be dealt with by properly moving the collimating lens back and forth. |
