FROSTLIKE PLASTIC CONTAINER AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To provide a plastic container made of an olefin resin with a frost-like appearance and excellent shading feeling, grave feeling, high class feeling etc., and a method for preparation thereof and to provide a method wherein the plastic container with the appearance characteristics can be manufactured with good reproducibility and excellent moldability. CONSTITUTION:At least outer surface of a plastic container is formed of a blend of a plurality of olefin resins and one of the resin forming the blended article layer exists as a continuous phase and another resin exists a dispersed phase and the area fraction of particle-like article with the inner aspect ratio (the ratio of long diameter/short diameter) of the dispersed phase of at most 6 and the particle diameter (short diameter) of 0.3-20mum to the whole crosssectional area is at least 15%.
