PURPOSE:To manufacture a fluororesin baked body with a complex shape through a simple manufacturing process by mixing fluororesin powder and at least a kind of low temperature decomposition binder, and subjecting the mixture to injection-molding, and then baking the molded body after a degreasing treatment. CONSTITUTION:A mixture is made by blending a powder of fluororesin. e.g. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PEA (tetrafluoroethylene/- perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer), FEP (tetrafluoroethylene /hexafluoropropene copolymer) and at least a kind of low temperature decomposition binder. The mixture is subjected to injection molding, and then the molding is baked after a degreasing treatment, thereby obtaining a baked body with a desired shape. In the manufacture described above, for fluororesin, one having a melting viscosity of 10<5>-10<13> poise is used, and for a low temperature binder, an organic binder having a decomposition temperature of 100-320 deg.C is used. |
