PURPOSE:To reduce the contact resistance of a wire connecting part by removing an oxide film on the surface of a core wire part by etching or shot-blasting the core wire part from which an insulating coat part is peeled followed by crimping connection with a crimp terminal. CONSTITUTION:Insulating coat parts 1a, 2a in the mutually connected parts of each cable 1, 2 are peeled to expose core wires 1b, 2b. The exposed core wire parts 1b, 2b are subjected to etching with acid aqueous solution as wet purifying method, or shot-blast treatment with alumina powder as dry purifying method to remove the oxide film on the surface. After the treatment, the core wires 1b, 2b are immediately crimp-connected in the enclosed state with a crimp terminal 4 consisting of copper or a copper alloy. A satisfactory connected state through no oxide film is provided, and contact resistance can be effectively reduced. This is effective not only between mutual wires but also between a wire and a connecting terminal. |
