<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heat accumulating device, eliminating the cause of overcooling colapse by preventing the remaining of undisolved crystal, having a large specific gravity, under the process of gelling and maintaining stabilized overcooled condition for a long period of time to accumulate heat. CONSTITUTION:When heat accumulating medium 26, consisting of a salt hydrate effecting reversible phase shift between a gel phase including much hydration and a crystal phase including few hydration, is in overcooled condition, the phase of the heat accumulating medium is shifted to the crystal phase by stimulating it by a pressurizing vessel, a belleville spring 32 and the like mechanically. When the phase of the heat accumulating medium 26 is shifted from crystal phase into gel phase by receiving heat from a heat source, the heat accumulating medium 26 is mixed by mixing vanes 44 under a condition that the temperature of the heat accumulating medium 26 is higher than the melting point thereof whereby the phase can be shifted uniformly into gel phase.</p> |
