METHOD FOR MONITORING OUTSIDE RANGE, POSITION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT MEANS, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM SWITCHING METHOD, MOVING BODY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND MOVING STATION

PURPOSE:To improve radio wave use efficiency for calling and the processing efficiency of an exchange and to eliminate the inconvenience of manual switching. CONSTITUTION:When a moving station 20 comes to go out from the service area 4 of a moving body network for office, it enters the radio zone 3 of a radio base station arranged at an entrance/exit gate port 2 without fail and a position is registered. A position management part in an exchange device receiving the position registration of the radio base station manages position information of the moving station 20 as information out of a range. When position information is judged to be that out of the range, the position management part of the exchange device informs a communication system switching indication part that the moving station 20 goes out of the range. The communication system switching indication part transmits a message to the moving station 20 to switch to the communication system of a public moving body communication network through the radio base station. The moving station 20 receiving the message switches a communication carrier and a communication protocol to those fitted to the public moving body communication network.
