<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sensor by which breakage of a support bridge part of a bridge thin film insulator formed on a recessed part of a board can be prevented and clogging of the recessed part caused by rubbish fallen in the recessed part can be prevented and the rubbish and the like fallen in the recessed part can be taken out easily. CONSTITUTION:A board 10, a recessed part 11 formed in the board 10, a thin film insulator 12 bridged on the recessed part 11 from the board 10 and a detecting element 13 arranged on the thin film insulator 12 are provided, and a surrounding atmospheric condition condition is detected by a resistance change in the detecting element 13. A projecting part 14 is provided in the central part of the recessed part 11, and even if a bridge part 12a of the thin film insulator 12 is pushed downward by this projecting part 14, deformation more than that of the bridge part by the projecting part 14 is prevented, and the thin film insulator 12 is prevented from being broken down. Rubbish and the like does not gather in the center of the recessed part, so that influence by clogging of the rubbish is not exerted.</p> |
