PURPOSE:To provide the operation manual editing device which can send all the manuals required for a communication terminal by automatically sending the manuals concerning the using method of this operation manual editing device to the registered communication terminal when the communication termi nal is registered as a user. CONSTITUTION:When the communication terminal is newly installed, this communication terminal is registered on a system information storage part 22 as the send destination of operation manuals. A retrieval part 25 retrieves the terminal, to which the manuals concerning the using method of the operation manual editing device are not sent yet, from the communication terminals registered on the system information storage part 22. When the non-sending terminal is retrieved, a communication control part 13 automatically originates a call to the non-sending terminal and sends the using method manuals. |
