PURPOSE:To regenerate and use low-cost rare earth element bonded magnet which is improper by mixing pulverized powder of rare earth element alloy bond magnet containing thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin, etc., with thermoplastic resin, and molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A rare earth element bond magnet becoming improper is pulverized by a pulverizer, and the magnet powder is mixed with thermoplastic resin such as polyamide 6, vinyl chloride resin, polyethylene, etc. Then, it is pelletized by a method for kneading it while heating it, and pellets are injection molded. However, a mixing ratio of the rare earth element alloy at this time is about 19.5-95.6wt.%, the mixing ratio of the thermosetting resin is about 0.2-5.0wt.%, and the residue is thermoplastic resin. Eventually, this rare earth element magnet material is magnetized. Thus, a plastic rare earth element magnet having stable magnetic characteristics and dimensional accuracy can be obtained. |
