PURPOSE:To provide high precision grinding, by computing the deflection of a work and putting out an interruption signal for a wheel spindle stock when a signal of current grinding volume is reduced to a level of the deflection added with a precision grinding margin. CONSTITUTION:A fixed size head 17 puts out a current position signal DAS of a work W. A control signal output device 20 is composed of an operational processing unit 21, gate circuit 23, control panel 24, memory 25 and interface 26, and the current position signal DP of a wheel spindle stock 11 and the current grinding volume signal DAS of the work W are put in the gate circuit 23. The memory 25 the deflection of the work and stores a program for issuing a wheel spindle stock suspending signal. The operational processing unit 21 reads the signals DP, DAS and puts out a control signal from the interface 26 to a controller 14. |
