<p>A gene sequence that encodes the human CCAAT/enhancer binding protein ('C/EBP'), and recombinant vectors that are capable of mediating the expression of the C/EBP gene are described. The gene sequence and vector can be used in methods of gene therapy to treat cancer and other diseases.</p> |
